Exchanges and Refunds

• Tickets can be exchanged up to 24 hours before your performance date. The exchange fee is $6 per single ticket and $3 per subscription ticket.
• Exchanges after your performance date cannot be processed.

Ticket Delivery

• Tickets can be mailed if booked two weeks prior to the performance date.
• Tickets booked two weeks prior to the performance date are available for pick up at the Playhouse Theatre box office two hours prior to the performance.

• Complimentary tickets not picked up before half an hour prior to your performance may be released for sale.
